220 Celebration, a multi-tenant commercial property, faced unique challenges with their building’s exterior. The property manager sought a solution to address the aging appearance of the building’s mullions, colored precast walls, and paver areas at the entrances.

Lamphier visited the property on multiple occasions prior to the project’s start. Our team engaged with the property manager to understand their specific needs and expectations, while conducting thorough site inspections to assess the building’s condition. The team tested various cleaning products on the mullions and coatings on the colored precast to determine the most effective solutions for the building.

We developed a customized solution to address 220 Celebration’s specific challenges. This included formulating an environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaning solution for the mullions, eliminating the need for additional coating and labor. For the colored precast walls, Lamphier worked with a manufacturer to create a specialized mixture that provided both moisture and thermal protection while maintaining the desired aesthetic.

The team implemented the solution using a swing stage, pressure washing the building from top to bottom, cleaning windows and mullions, and replacing any failed sealant along the way. We applied a sealer/primer coat and two finish coats on the columns and bands to ensure even coverage. Lamphier also cleaned and sealed the paver areas at the entrances at no extra cost to the client.

The coating project at 220 Celebration was a resounding success. Lamphier’s expertise and attention to detail resulted in a rejuvenated exterior that not only looked great but also provided enhanced protection against the elements.
