Great Company led by a passionate leader who takes pride in his company’s work product and is personally involved in the quality and progress of the project. Lamphier & Company was chosen following an extensive review and bidding process to complete a major Community Improvement Project which involved 5 buildings, 4 of which were built in 1982 and in need of major structural repairs including many patios with spalling. Care was given to minimize resident inconvenience and workmanship was done from lifts for access to the building envelope and condo patios. Lamphier & Company has my highest recommendation and will continue to be a resource for our association needs.
