Great Company led by a passionate leader who takes pride in his company’s work product and is personally involved in the quality and progress of the project. Lamphier & Company was chosen following an extensive review and bidding process to complete a major Community Improvement Project which involved 5 buildings, 4 of which were built in 1982 and in need of major structural repairs including many patios with spalling. Care was given to minimize resident inconvenience and workmanship was done from lifts for access to the building envelope and condo patios. Lamphier & Company has my highest recommendation and will continue to be a resource for our association needs.

Lamphier Services is a Family owned Company with a good reputation and they strive to maintain that. The Family and key employees have a wide knowledge base of available tested products and have expertise in corrosion and cathodic protection. They are best known for coating applications, but have demonstrated to me knowledge and ability to perform in all facets of construction, from roofing to storm drainage and more.

I would like to thank Lamphier Painting Services for the excellent job of eliminating our water problem. As you know, an Air Traffic Control Tower is a structure with problems unique only to itself. The water problem was escalating, placing our equipment and personnel in jeopardy. Mr. Lamphier diagnosed the problem and laid out a game plan in writing to remedy it in a timely and professional manner. The job was completed with no disruptions to our Air Traffic operations.

For the past few years, your Company has painted a number of our tanks and buildings, with excellent results. Your work has been timely and your craftsmen skilled in their trade. In addition to painting service, you have provided an excellent training class for our employee’s, and have generously consulted with us on a number of paint topics. Whispering Waters Apartments, A Condominium Association due to their excellent service have been a preferred vendor since 2009.
